We’re experts in affordable appliance service and repair for these brands:

Well, that depends on what’s wrong with your appliance! Just like repairs to cars or computers, you’ll pay for parts and labour.

We charge you a service call-out fee, which includes the first 10 minutes of the technician’s time. Then we charge for the parts and labour needed to fix it, but we’ll give you a quote before we start work. Parts are charged according to what’s needed and the labour charge (after the first 10 minutes) is $19 + GST for each ten-minute period.

That depends on where you live. You’re paying a fixed travel charge for our technician to visit and for the first 10 minutes of his time to diagnose the problem. (Please note, depending on the problem, it may take more than 10 minutes to find what’s wrong.)

Of course, some jobs take longer to reach, which means our technicians can’t fit as many jobs into their day. That’s why the service call-out fee varies in different zones.

Zone 1: $110 + GST
Zone 2: $140 + GST
Zone 3: $170 + GST

That’s why we ask you for details of your appliance before you request a call. . . it helps us make sure we have parts on board the van.

The short answer? As soon as we can!

We prioritise fridge and freezer repairs, of course, because we know you don’t want to lose your food. After that, we allocate jobs by area and then by the work each technician already has scheduled.

We’ll ask you for a suitable “window” of time and then fit your job into the work schedule. For example, if a technician is about to finish a job in Takapuna then it makes sense for him to do a job in Milford before moving to a job in Browns Bay.

So that’s why we ask for your phone number. Our office team will find a slot for your job and then call to confirm the time you can expect the technician.

Please be patient, though. We’re always busy, but we’ll get to you as soon as we can!

Unfortunately, no. We cover the North Shore and West Auckland.

We don’t accept jobs in the central CBD because traffic is congested and parking is almost impossible.

And, for now, we don’t work in East or South Auckland. This may change if we can find technicians that meet our high standards.

YES. We’re always looking for new technicians! If you have basic mechanical and electrical skills, we can train you to repair appliances. You’ll need to enjoy problem solving, working on your own, and meeting new people. If you like the idea of every day being different, click here to contact us for a chat.
